Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering and will be made using our courier partners.

Your order may need to be signed for and we request that somebody is available to take delivery of your item. If you have ordered a large or heavy product, we recommend that you make appropriate arrangements to accept the delivery.

Delivery Costs

Standard Delivery

All orders over £50.00 (ex VAT) to UK Mainland addresses are delivered FREE of charge no matter how many items you order, whilst a delivery charge of £7.95 is made on all UK Mainland orders under £50.00 (ex VAT). This covers order processing, packaging, handling, insurance and delivery costs. Please note that £50.00 refers to the total or part value of your order irrespective of the exclusion of VAT payment status. Standard Delivery for Large Items

Mobility Scooters, Powerchairs, Beds, High Seat Chairs and Riser Recline Chairs.

Any large items ordered through the website with a standard delivery selected will be delivered by a third-party courier. Any products delivered in this way, will require assembly and set up by the end user unless you live in 5 miles within Uxbridge as we are happy to deliver and assemble it for you. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your completed order and payment and they will be sent out on a 3 to 5 working day service.
